Harmonic mean is sensitive to small values

The formula for harmonic mean uses reciprocals of the values, which blows up small values out of proportion. This gives them a strong weight on the resulting mean. Consequence: HM ≤ AM always, with equality iff all inputs are equal. #todo what did i mean by “AM”?
